Description Job Description Formulate and execute plans designed to achieve new and appropriatedistribution of our products to both channels of the trade sector. Secure and obtain tradesupport including merchandising, adequate inventories and effective display/presentation of our products to the consumer.Direct and assist distributor sales personnel in accordance withthe respective sales objectives and programs. Participate in work-widths (i.e. sales routes) with various distributor sales personnel throughout the state, as well as with visiting Shaw-Ross suppliers. Prepare and conduct creative and informative general sales meetings and team meetings in all assigned distributors. Ensure distributor sales force understands our channel-specific brand standards. Build upon established relationships with key accounts as well as develop new accounts through regular visits inthe market. Conduct consumer and trade tastings, attend industry related events; coordinate and participate in corporate brand training opportunities. Review retail pricing for our products to ensure consistencywith the respective brand strategies. Working with the Mid-Atlantic General Manager, identify sales opportunities, solve problems and develop action plans to achieve our objectives within corporate guidelines.
