This position serves as the Lead Technical Solutions Engineer for Salesforce supporting customer relationship processes across MetLife Investments. These include but are not limited to the sales process automation, pipeline, deal originating, reporting, client servicing, and system integrations. This position has significant impact in all areas of the company ensuring that mission critical services and applications are provided in a timely and efficient manner supporting MetLife Investment Management business. This position will serve as the technical liaison between theInvestments business and development team and will assist with requirements, development, and management of solutions ensuring standards, governance and best practices utilizing the Salesforce.com platform. Key Responsibilities: Manage, coordinate and solution with various internal teams such as Development, QA, and Production support in an Agile software development environment Determine implementation roadmap for Salesforce Architecture across all business units Coordinate the collection of global business requirements and the documentation of system configuration and integration specifications, test plans and use cases Maintain awareness of the rapidly changing technology environment and how new technologies can positively impact client Identify process challenges and implement appropriate corrections or enhancements Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: Required: 3+ years of relevant experience Certified Salesforce admin with significant systems implementation and administration experience in a large financial services company withSalesforce.com Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud Experience integrating Salesforce with other internal applications Practical experiences in the entire SDLC from solution definition, solution architecture definition to design, development and testing ofSalesforce.com application Experience in Asset Management or financial services industry Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior management Ability to troubleshoot and mitigate complex customer, departmental and procedural issues resulting in sound solutions The candidate should have strong business acumen and implementation experience with Salesforce required, preferably in the Investment Management industry. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in technology related field Preferred: Salesforce certification/s Experience with investments / asset managementSalary Range: NAMinimum QualificationLess than 5 years
