We are looking for that special teammate to be part of our core team. Duties include scheduling, office assistance and customer service, as well as perform some caregiving responsibilities too. Weekly Facebook and Constant Contact posts. You should have open availability. You must be a team player that thrives in the team environment. This is a temporary to permanent position. This is a real opportunity to be part of a fun and growing team. 401k after one year of full time employment. The ideal candidate will be flexible, can support multiple different clients on a weekly basis if necessary, and enjoys a challenge. Will have the ability learn how to schedule / match caregivers with clients. Perform client quality assurances visits and conduct customer service calls. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, highly skilled and has great work ethics. They are committed to serving others. Ideally you are completely engaged with your clients.

Position: Assistant Manager | Scheduler | Recruiter with some Caregiver responsibilities, willing to also fill shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and throughout the week if necessary (this isn't typically a monthly requirement but does sometimes happen.)

- Flexibility to work weekend occassionally if necessary.
- Proficient with computers and social media
- Case Manager, or Social Worker experience a plus
- CNA or caregiver experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Proven ability to build and sustain quality and meaningful relationships with our clients and co-workers.
- Medical Assistant Experience a plus
- Family Caregivers Welcome
